As a year round destination, Mt. Bachelor boasts nearly 4,300 acres of skiable terrain, 360 degrees of skiing off the summit, and 3,365 feet of total vert. With a season that extends through the month of May, Mt. Bachelor provides endless winter opportunity for all ability levels. Hoodoo Ski Area sits on the summit of Oregon’s Santiam Pass and is Oregon’s most centrally located destination for winter sports enthusiasts. Just 44 miles west of Bend, 85 miles east of Eugene and 130 miles southeast of Portland, Hoodoo Ski Area offers more than 800 acres of terrain, 34 runs, five lifts and one of the largest tubing parks in the West. Awbrey Glen’s 18-hole championship golf course plays from 5,400 yards to almost 7,000 yards. Golfers revel in the surrounding scenery: rugged outcroppings of lava and red-hued basalt, spectacular views of the Cascades, and shimmering lakes.
Central Oregon’s only indoor climbing facility has something for everyone! Beginner-advanced climbing terrain, youth programs, yoga, and a fitness room.

Our mission at Dirksen Derby is to use our participants and proceeds to raise awareness and/or financial donations for selected Non-profits and our long time inspiration Tyler Eklund, all while bringing the snowboard, splitboard and sit-ski communities together for a fun weekend of competition and camaraderie.
