Recommended for any program volunteer that would like to support OAS summer community programs! The goals of this training are to expand the volunteers knowledge about human behavior in the context of skill acquisition on OAS programs. In this interactive classroom session, attendees will learn actionable steps and responses to help you keep athletes within a learning space.
