Summer Cycling Series: Rise and Ride

An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Saturday, repeating until August 26, 2023
Join OAS for our weekly cycling session on Saturday morning all summer long! Don’t forget to bring your favorite mug for fresh brewed coffee! This is a great way to get comfortable on a bike, demo an adaptive bike, improve your fitness, and enjoy riding with friends and family. Explore the two mile paved loop, with alternative routes, at Pine Nursery Park. All experience levels are welcome!
Days: Saturday mornings, June 10th – August 26th*
*No Rise & Ride on July 8th. Join us at SOAR instead!
*No Rise & Ride on July 22nd. Join us for a Community Lake Day Camp Tamarack instead!
Time: 9:00am – 12:00pm | Show up anytime between 9:00am and 11:30am to start your ride!
Location: Saturdays @ Pine Nursery Park (Middle Parking Lot – at the very end!)
Cost: Free
OAS will have adaptive cycles, tandem bicycles, helmets, and adaptive gear available for attendees. OAS bikes are first come first serve. Pre registration is recommended to secure an adaptive bike. If you ride a stand up bicycle (two wheeled), plan to bring your personal bike.
This is a community program where athletes and community members are welcome to invite family and friends if desired!
