DESCRIPTION:aMTB Private Lessons \nNo Cost | Up to 4hr lesson/ride \nDescription: Private Adaptive Mountain Bike (aMTB) Lessons and Gravel Rides are open to all types of riders (two and three wheeled bikes). OAS has a fleet of Off-Road Hand Cycles and a recumbent Fat Trike available. Helmets and additional gear will be available for all athletes. If you ride a stand-up mountain bike (two-wheeled)\, plan to bring your personal bike or submit a request to secure a rental.  \nEssential Eligibility Criteria – aMTB Lessons \nLesson Days and Times:  \n\n3 days/wk | Thursday – Saturday\n4 hr lesson/sessions | 9am – 1pm\nALL New to OAS athletes complete a fit up and introduction to skills at OAS warehouse\n\nTo book a private session\, Login to your Athlete account and submit a lesson request\, contact OAS staff at info@oregonadaptivesports.org or call (541) 848 – 9390.
