DESCRIPTION:Saturday Rise and Ride \nDescription: Join OAS for our weekly cycling session on Saturday mornings all summer long! Don’t forget to bring your favorite mug for fresh brewed coffee. This is a great way to get comfortable on a bike\, demo an adaptive bike\, improve your fitness\, and enjoy riding with friends and family. Explore the two mile paved loop\, with alternative routes\, at Pine Nursery Park. All experience levels are welcome!  \nDays: Saturday Mornings; June 20th – September 26th \n*No Rise & Ride on July 5th (Holiday Weekend)\, July 11th (Camp Tamarack Paddle Day)\, August 29th\, or September 5th (Labor Day) \nTime: 9:00am – 12:00pm | Show up anytime between 9:00am and 11:00am to start your ride! \nLocation: Saturdays @ Pine Nursery Park (Middle Parking Lot – at the very end!) \n3750 NE Purcell Blvd \nBend\, OR 97701 \nCost: Free \nOAS will have adaptive cycles\, tandem bicycles\, helmets\, and adaptive gear available for attendees. OAS bikes are first come first serve. Pre registration is recommended to secure an adaptive bike. If you ride a stand up bicycle (two wheeled)\, plan to bring your personal bike.  \nThis is a community program where athletes and community members are welcome to invite family and friends if desired! \nRegistration will open May 6th.  \n
