HOW TO REGISTER
OAS’ winter programs run from mid December to the end of March. We will be accepting winter reservations starting November 5. Please review our OAS Winter 2018 Catalog or our Winter Programs Page to see the programs we have to offer. Scheduling often depends on equipment and staff availability. To get your desired outdoor adventures firmed up, we encourage putting your Lesson Request Form at least two weeks prior to the day you wish to schedule your winter experience(s). After reviewing our program offerings, please fill out the two necessary forms found below.
1. Click below to fill out your online Participant Information Form. *This form is required only once per season.
2. Click below to fill out your online Lesson Request Form (after Nov 5).
3. An OAS staff member will follow up to firm up details and send an invoice.
OAS strives to keep our rates affordable but also to provide financial assistance to participants who have limited means. To be considered for a scholarship, please submit an online Winter Scholarship Application at least two weeks prior to your first summer program or lesson date requested.
