Athlete Registration

All New & Returning Athletes
Review OAS’s Essential Eligibility Criteria and Athlete Safety Page for Summer Programs.
Please complete the following steps before attending OAS programs or events:
1. Explore the Website:
Discover what programs we offer, and learn about your program interests. Review OAS’s Essential Eligibility Criteria and Athlete Safety Page for Summer Programs.
2. Complete an Athlete Information Form:
This information is important so you have the right support and equipment during your experience. Filling out this form will automatically create a Neon “Athlete Account” for you.
All new and returning athletes must have an athlete account to complete registration.
New Athletes: Create an Athlete Account by completing an Athlete Information Form here.
Returning Athletes: Log in here to your existing account and complete an Athlete Update Form
3. Register for a Program:
Select your desired program from the Events Page, and click the “Register” button. You will be directed to a program registration page where you can select the number of participants and available activity dates.
Please complete registration using the participating athlete’s information.
aMTB and Gravel Lesson Requests
Login into your athlete account here and submit a lesson request or call (541)306-4774 to request aMTB and Gravel lessons.
Private lessons are offered weekly, Thursday – Saturday, beginning June 18th.
Pro-Tip: Plan ahead for your best day ever and submit lesson requests at least two weeks prior to your desired date(s)!
Once you have submitted your request form, an OAS staff member will contact you within 24-72 hrs to complete the scheduling process and confirm available lesson dates and times.
4. Get Confirmation:
You will receive a confirmation email or phone call from the OAS program team. The confirmation email will include links to sign your waivers, and may include important follow-up questions or action items.
5. Sign Your Waivers
Waivers must be signed once per year. Waiver and Media Release forms are required prior to attending a program or lesson with OAS.
