June 4 or 11, New: gravel assist training

Information

Join OAS on our first gravel ride and work with OAS staff to learn how to best support this community program! This will be an actual program, so volunteers will get “on the job” experience. This community ride is for adaptive athletes that are looking for a point of entry into dirt riding and have various levels of fitness and experience.

Gravel Assist Volunteers are cyclists who have their own knobby tire bike (gravel or MTB), and are able to ride up to 12 miles or 3 hours on a bike, whichever is longer.

Did you attend your orientation yet?

All prospective volunteers are required to attend an orientation before attending a training or volunteering on programs. Attending an orientation is the first step to getting involved with OAS! Head to the volunteer page to submit your volunteer application and register for a new or return volunteer orientation before attending a summer training.

If you missed orientations be sure to follow our newsletter or socials to stay up to date with volunteer opportunities!
