Practice: Full Breath Like a Glass
Imagine that your lungs are a glass of water that expand your entire torso. On the inhale fill up your lungs from the bottom of your stomach, through your ribcage up to your collar bones. Exhale the air out as if you are pouring out that glass of water. Emptying from the collar bone to the ribcage to the stomach.
