Wednesday Bike Night 

Description: Let’s ride! OAS is hosting weekly cycling sessions Wednesday evenings all summer long. This is a great way to get comfortable on a bike, demo an adaptive cycle, improve your fitness, and enjoy riding with friends and family. Athletes will have access to explore the two mile paved loop, with alternative routes at Pine Nursery Park. All experience levels are welcome!

When: Wednesday evenings, June 17 – September 23rd 

*No Bike Night on September 2nd

Time: 4:00pm -7:00pm | Show up anytime between 4pm and 6pm to start your ride!

Location: Pine Nursery Park (Middle Parking Lot – at the very end!)

Cost: Free

OAS will have adaptive cycles, tandem bicycles, helmets, and adaptive gear available for attendees. OAS bikes are first-come, first-served. Pre-registration is recommended to secure an adaptive bike. If you ride a stand-up bicycle (two-wheeled), plan to bring your personal bike. 

This is a community program, where athletes and community members are welcome to invite family and friends, if desired!
