Description: Register your four-person scramble team here for this golf tournament benefiting Oregon Adaptive Sports at Tokatee Golf Club in Blue River, Oregon!
A donation of $460 will register your team and you will get you golfing, golf cart, range balls, hot dog with chips, plus a select choice of beverages, and tee prizes. Team prizes for top finishers, closest to the pin, and long drive contests will also be awarded.
